Pulisic, Morris picked by Klinsmann in initial Copa squad

United States youngsters Christian Pulisic and Jordan Morris have been included in the host nation s preliminary squad for the upcoming Copa America Centenario.

Borussia Dortmund teenager Pulisic and MLS rookie Morris were selected in Jurgen Klinsmann s initial 40-man squad, which will be trimmed down to 23 players by May 20, before the tournament gets underway on June 3.

Pulisic, 17, made his international debut in a World Cup qualifier last month and the midfielder continues to impress in the Bundesliga.

Seattle Sounders forward Morris, 21, has scored three goals in his debut season in MLS.

Lavezzi leaves PSG for Hebei China Fortune

Hebei China Fortune have announced the signing of Ezequiel Lavezzi from Paris Saint-Germain for an undisclosed fee.

The 30-year-old s contract with PSG was due to expire at the end of the 2015-16 campaign and the French champions have now opted to cash in on the versatile attacker in order to prevent him from leaving on a free come June.

Lavezzi joined PSG from Napoli in 2012 and made over 100 Ligue 1 appearances for the Parc des Princes side, winning three league titles during his time in the French capital.

He previously featured for Estudiantes and San Lorenzo before making the move to Napoli in 2007.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has hinted he is staying at LA Galaxy following rumours linking him with a return to AC Milan.

Ibrahimovic, 37, joined Galaxy in March after departing Manchester United, and he went on to have an immense impact in his debut MLS campaign, scoring 22 goals in 27 appearances.

The experienced striker had been linked with going back to Europe and his former club Milan in January, with the Serie A side said to be in the hunt for attacking reinforcements.
